Partner invitations

If a link does not open the app, use the invitation code shown by your partner. Codes expire and can be revoked, so ask them to create a new one if needed.

Purchases

Use Restore Purchases in Settings when an unlock does not appear. NameVenn verifies the Apple transaction and then applies the couple entitlement.

Delete your account

Account deletion is available from Settings in the app. If you cannot access the app, email support from the address connected through Sign in with Apple.
